Processing time. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment.
Shipping. We currently ship within the U.S. only. A flat shipping rate of $9.99 applies to every order, with delivery typically taking 3–5 business days after processing.
Returns & exchanges. Given the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We're unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or incorrect orders. If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We'll provide a full refund or reship the order at no additional cost to you.
Lost in transit. If tracking shows an issue with delivery, reach out and we'll help you look into it.
What we collect. When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, the products and quantities you select, and any message you include. We don't use tracking cookies or analytics scripts on this site.
How we use it. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and process your order. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.
Age/researcher confirmation. The confirmation you provide when entering the site is stored only in your own browser for that session — it isn't sent to us or stored on our end.
Data retention. We retain inquiry details only as long as needed to fulfill your order and for basic record-keeping.

Eligibility. You must be 18 years of age or older and confirm that you are acquiring products for legitimate laboratory research purposes only.
Research use only. Products sold by ExoLabs are not drugs, dietary supplements, or cosmetics. They are not evaluated or approved by the FDA for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.
Payment. We accept Bitcoin and Zelle. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
Order accuracy. You're responsible for the accuracy of the order details you submit. ExoLabs is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the buyer.
Buyer responsibility. Products are provided "as is" for research use. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the lawful, compliant handling and use of any materials purchased.
